Hi - sorry your having this issue. I checked your transaction id provided and it seems all transactions are confirmed multiple times over.
Could you better describe your issue? Maybe you could provide more details on the wallet or service being used.
I sent this coin from bitfinex to poloniex.

It does look like the transactions made it to the addresses provided but unfortunately they are completely and totally controlled by the exchanges.
I would recommend contacting Bitfinex support.

Coin is out from Bitfinex but they did not arrive in Poloniex.
Then it is the Poloniex exchange you’ll have to contact. They’re the ones with access to the wallet and the address you sent them too.
Make sure to give them the tx id. Sorry your having this issue.
