Since the BlockScout Explorer project was announced and presented in Seoul by POA Network’s lead dev Igor Barinov for the ETC Summit, anticipation and expectations for the release where high. POA has delivered on their promise of creating a beautiful, fully functional and open source explorer for ETC.
