I tranfered ETC from Kraken to my Jaxx wallet. Did so on 23rd @ 10375 confirmations so far and still did not get

Reach out to Jaxx for support. They sometimes have some wallet issues.

I’ve never used Jaxx but if you have the mnemonic key you may be able to use it with other wallets. It varies though so if you switch to another wallet I’d suggest moving it to the new address the new wallet gives you.
