CLO is just an excuse to help ETC price to not suffer as much as alt prices are suffering from this overall correction the market experienced in january/february. He have a triple top around $40. Nothing wrong with that, just necessary to show everyone how strong resistance is at those levels, so they validate their sell orders at those prices. After $40 things will get very exciting 
But if BTC sets its way to keep going down. Then things will get anyways interesting above 400k sats.

Yeah… the prediction is absolutely perfect. but in my point of view ETC price will reach $50 by the end of 2019.
