I cannot access my ETC using the mnemonic phrase from Mantis. I have tried restoring it in many other ETC wallets as well. I can still see my ETC in the explorer.
Daedalus Mantis just says 100% synced, but it hasn’t downloaded anything. It also doesn’t look like the bootstrap.ini is working.
