Hi there today I signed up to the ETC community. I’m almost a year into crypto now. Following many YouTube vloggers and trying out crypto with small amounts to learn about wallets and transaction and stuff. Installed the Emerald desktop now but won’t sync the last 1180 blocks getting the notification : You are connected to not synced node. How can I connect to a synced node? I’ve only the option to choose Mainnet Full Node or otherwise a light node. Should I go for the Light node instead?

Glad to have you in the community. Sorry for the delay, if you havent already use the light option. You won’t have to wait to sync the chain on your machine.
